First Deck...

I'm about to attempt my first deck. I did mine at home with my wand and got decent results. It was a little lighter in some areas where I got close with the wand. This one has mold on it so I am going to use sh and detergent. Then I'm going back in a few days to seal it. Any suggestions to make this come out looking great?
 
Didn't get pics because I quoted the job about a month ago and she just called back today and wants me to do it. It's a wood deck but I'm not sure what type of wood. Sorry to not have any more info than that.
