Fairfield Inn Pressure Washing Florida!

This was a Commercial Building Wash that we completed for a Fairfield Inn, in Plant City Florida on Thursday before the National Cleaning Expo.

The Property Manager for the Hotel had called us a few weeks prior and was taking bids for this Cleaning. One of the main reasons that they hired us was because we use a Non Pressure Soft Wash Method on all of our Building Washes. They were very concerned about damage, as the building is made of Drivit. Another reason was the fact that we assured them that the job would be completed in one day without the use of a lift bucket. Other potential bidders had told them that they would need a lift bucket and that the job would take 3-4 days to complete which was going to be a huge inconvenience to the Hotel and their guests.

Along with the Building we also Pressure Washed their Pavered Pool Deck area and all the Patio Furniture, their Dumpster Pad and the Pavered Drive up area at the front entrance to the Hotel. We used 4 people and completed the entire job in 5hrs. Here are a few pictures of that job.

$199.99 was just for the front entrance. I made my $$'s on the rest of the Building. Hahaha! Great seeing you again in Tampa Scott. I'm sure we will have time to hang out in Charleston. Guy needs to bring his Corn Hole Game there. Maybe we will get to play.

great seeing again in tampa. i noticed two guns spraying at the same time. what set up were you using there? it looked like you had a pretty good stream. how did you tackle the front where the hotel name is as that was a little bit higher than the rest?

I have 2- 4gpm machines on my rig Randy. That's it. Both machines shoot really good withthe right tips. On the front of the building I did have to use a step ladder and a 6 ft lance but it reached just fine. good seeing you again too. :wave3:

Well I'm not going to call you the Queen, even thou you do sleep with Chris a lot. But really you are really getting some good work this year, I like when I see someone knock work out, customers like that, less interruptions for guest. Congrats!!

Hey Larry for under a $100 bucks you could link your 2 pw for 8gpm. I have done this many times. You can really move, just change out some of your tips on your surface cleaner etc.

I've thought of doing that a hundred times Scott. Just never seem to get around to it. I also don't have the room for another tank fo a supply right now.
