Dealing with a major pain in the ass sealer job of my own right now. See
here for my thread (not updated since the job really went south). I used a water born acrylic similar to what you are showing, seen
Here (BASF, Kure n seal WB). Totally clouded up, my issue was moisture and temperature so I re-chem stripped the whole thing. Today I put down a solvent based acrylic seen
here (Absolute Concrete, 15% overlay flash sealer) and the whole thing turned white and flaked off bad. Now they are telling me it is a moisture in the slab issue (after I called and talked to an employee this am about the slab being moist and he gave me the green light). So a couple of options for you....What kind of weather are you having? The water born acrylics, some claim they will clear with time. The BASF one that I used originally says that when applied at 40-50 degrees F it will stay cloudy white until heated up properly. If that's not an option I would say you need to do a chemical strip and start over, use a solvent based sealer, make sure it's completely dry. Hope that helps a little. I'm in the same boat at least yours is on the homeowner, mine is all on my back and its a commercial property (hotel) with high traffic. The pleasures of working for yourself:killingme:
