F-13 Gutter Grenade

I've been using gutter Zap for the past couple of years, which works great, but the price is high. I started added power house from sunbrite to my house wash mix and found that the gutters are coming a lot cleaner, so I tried using it on the gutter exteriors and it works good. I use a brush on a pole and then rinse. If we are cleaning the debris from the gutters then we will mix it 50/50 in a spray bottle, and clean it up close with a microfiber cloth. They come out looking like new. Power house is way cheaper than gutter zap especially if you buy 55 gallons. You get free shipping if you have an order over 600.00, and no I don't work for Sunbrite.

Sometimes it will work if the gutters are not real bad. I had an associate, who was doing a condo complex call me to ask where he could buy gutter zap near by where he was working, and I told him to try power house. He said he was able to spray it on and rinse it off successfully on most, but not all the gutters.

i have heard you can do this with gutter zap as well, in fact they advertize it that way, but the stuff is so expensive I have not tried spraying it on. You need to be careful about stained siding or cheap paint on hardy plank as it will fade the paint/stain if it drips on dry siding or deck.

I use Power House and here in GA it does not get black streaks off gutters in my normal house wash mix. Great on the house but I use F-13 on the gutters. Works great. It does require some agitation but the house I did today I x-jetted on the second story gutters at about 12:1. Let it dwell and rinsed without brushing and they looked good. Temps here in the 90's today and I think that helped too.

ive also used krudd cutter, i learned that from a guy in VA 1 gal cost 12 bucks but i make 2 gal out of it. brush on rinse off. yesterday i did a 2 story i was trying to make good time, so in back of the hpuse i dumped the rest i had in my bucket in my house mix and shot it up on the gutters, pretty darn good.

I use Castrol Super Clean from Wal-mart for around $6.50 Gal. In these warmer temperatures I am able to mix 2 gal. to 3 gal. water to make 5 gal. of really good gutter cleaner for around $2.50 per gal. Cost effective and local.
