For those that wish to exhibit at the UAMCC National Convention the UAMCC Convention Committee recently finalized the cost for those that wish to to have one of the 30 exhibit spaces being offered on a first come basis!

UAMCC booth/exhibit informational packets will be emailed/mailed to starting the week of May 25th. Please email your booth/exhibit informational packet REQUEST at orlando@uamcc.org.

For all those that have already contacted the UAMCC about exhibiting, we have your contact information and will be emailing/mailing you the UAMCC booth/exhibitor information packets starting the week of May 25th, as mentioned above.

The UAMCC has already begun selling exhibit space so if you are interested in securing your 8 x 10 booth space we highly recommend that you contact us via email at orlando@uamcc.org so that we may call you and secure your space as they are starting to sale quick!!

Free Full Page AD in the UAMCC Convention Binder along with Business Card Insert

Free LCD/Flatscreen Advertising throughout the Marriott Facility

Free inclusion to all direct marketing advertising for the UAMCC National Convention

Two and half-days of Exhibit Time for networking with all attendees.

Reserved meeting room during the convention to conduct one-on-one meetings with proposed customers!

Priority sponsorship i.a. - UAMCC Supplier Members will be given first chance to sponsor different activiites throughout the convention (i.a. Bass Pro Shop and Outlet Stores "UAMCC Shop Till You Drop" Extravaganza and etc.)
Onsite logistical help/assistance during set-up of exhibits


**This rate is offered to UAMCC Supplier Members with the following conditions**

Price includes lunch buffett for ONE Person for 2 days. Additional representatives/family members will pay $100.00 per person for the 2 day lunch buffett.
You must stay at the Marriott during the convention dates
You must expect to acquire new customers by attending
You must attend with the mindset to have fun also

UAMCC NON-SUPPLIER MEMBER - $600.00

Price includes lunch buffett for ONE Person for 2 days. Additional representatives/family members will pay $100.00 per person for the 2 day lunch buffett.

You must stay at the Marriott during the convention dates
You must expect to acquire new customers by attending
You must attend with the mind set to have fun

Blanket Policy for exhibitors at the UAMCC Convetion

If you choose to not exhibit at the UAMCC Convention but still wish to attend you can simply register as an attendee ($249.00 UAMCC Member/$299.00 Non-UAMCC Member). By doing so forfeights your right as a supplier/manufacturer/distributor/service provider to engage in activity during the UAMCC convention that would either directly or indirectly promote your services as a supplier in the industry.
