as the season is quickly approaching i was wondering if anyone in the new york/long island area can give me some info/resources on obtaining employees- we will be putting in help wanted ad soon but was wondering if anyone had any other ideas.....was also wondering how it would go over to have some sort of employee sharing type of thing going for the companies that are somewhat local with each other- sometimes when an extra guy is needed here and there and we wouldnt mind giving up someone we werent using for that particular day....ofcourse with an agreement between the owners to not step on anyones toes and only offer the work through the other employer????any ideas on this? we do a good amount of interior painting-especially during the winter and are sometimes in need of an extra guy or two as well.........
