I had a local customer that had the franchise in the area, I don't think it went all that well, he stopped using it. Looks good on paper but I think the water base of it causes it to wear out too fast.

All Ya Gotta Do to make ANY roof stay cleaner longer Russ, and everyone is ADD some Borax to your mix!

Borax is a biostat, herbicide, and has better lasting biostat value then Chlorine. http://www.borax.com/wood/pdfs/Biostats.pdf
Chlorine evaporates within 24 hours, leaving only salt crystals behind!

Borax is a GOOD thing to add, don't need too much either.

1 Pound per 100 gallons is plenty, and makes all the difference.

It AIN'T as good as what we NOW use, but it is better, way better, then just Chlorine alone!

One needs to understand that Chlorine evaporates, leaving little protection behind.
