We washed a car dealership the other night, two nights actually. The building was dryvit. We used our house mix, mainly 12.5 chlorine, sprayed it down thick, waited at least fifteen minutes and sprayed it off. We first used our biggest nozle for safety, then tried another one, I'm not sure of the size of the nozzle, but it's white, I think its 25 degree. We got as close to a foot away form the building, no holes thank God, and alot of the stuff didn't come off. They called and said they weren't happy. I'm at a loss. There was some stuff under the lit lettering they had on the building, it looked like something had run down, it was black, bleach did nothing to it, the lysol toilet bowl cleaner that we were using for some rust spots did nothing to it, of course it was black so i doubt it was rust, and I even tried some dawn, which did nothing. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. We are heading back out there now to talk to them, if you know anything, my number is 615-481-2843, thanks.
