Double pain window cleaning. Need help

I have 2 potential customers for window cleaning. I am a pressure washing business but have done some residential window cleaning. I'm having a hard time pricing these jobs, and helP is highly appreciated.

Here's the descriptions:
10 windows - 2ft x 52 in.
10 - 2 ft x 28 in.
28 - 3 ft x 32 in.
28 - 3 ft x 70 in.
All double pain, inside/outside cleaning

Next job:
3 - 20 in x 68 in
24 - 28 in x 28 in
All double pain, inside/outside cleaning

Just to make sure, are you talking about regular double pane windows or storm windows? An average price is $8-$10 per per regular window and $20-$30 per storm window. The exact size isn't a big factor unless it's really huge.

I try to work out at hours times rate per hour x 3
IE; 4 hours x $20 an hour = $80 x 3 = $240 or work at a base rate of $50 an hour both work.

I appreciate all the help so far. They are storm windows, but what is the difference with double pain windows? And does anyone want to throw out 2 estimates that they would charge for these jobs? they are all easy access, 1st story cleaning, inside/outside. Thanks everyone!

For a storm window job Thad is right - make sure they will come apart first. Then I charge at least $25 per window and storm set. (if you have 10 windows and they each have a storm on them it would be $250 minimum). As for double pane - do you mean double hung which is a framed piece of glass above and below in a window unit? Or do you mean cleaning both sides of the glass? For a double hung windw cleaning all sides of the glass, wet wiping the sill, and a basic screen cleaning we charge $11.

I have yet to see a house that the owner can separate the storm windows.

If I am washing the house and they want the outside of the windows clean (usually they do the insides and cannot get the outsides clean) I tell them to crank them open some and I will rinse them with a lot of simple cherry/house wash mix and get them as clean as I can.

I mention to them that if they want them professionally cleaned I can refer a friend of mine but they will have to separate the storm windows as my friend also hates doing them and does not want anything to break so the liability is all on them.
