Do you support it when a contractor threatens to sue a bb & the volunteering mods?

Took a shot in the dark because I never received any notice that the thread was removed because that supposedly never happens here. At least that's what I as told. I'm never ashamed Doug to tell the truth and I also never threatened anyone ever on a bbs or in this Industry with a lawsuit.

I never banned anyone either because if you remember correctly your ban somewhere else was never activated... But of course you got yourself bounced all over the net on your own..

Do what you have to do if you can't handle it.
 
Yeah. I got bounced for telling the truth...,.great reason to get bounced. I wont "do" anything, just voicing my opinion.
 
Oh and Threads are never "deleted" here, at least not anymore. Yes they are moved...from time to time...as needed for mod review.

Ok then. Are there settings in place for the poster to know this? Closed threads for review is an easy one but if you don't want no one to see it of course you bring it inside for review. Do you guys notify the thread starter at all that his post is gone?

We notify everyone but you John, you are a Founder of this BBS who Lost his place on Staff unanimously by the staff members. Not one person didn't say no don't remove John
 
Second John I have been served here many times for various stupid stuff. One member out of maryland Served me a few years back, cost me 4000.00, second I served another guy in GA for using the name. Cost me 5000

Recently I had to answer another Party cost a few hundred, I'm sure I have forgotten all the threats and accusations over the years.

Second I Never asked you or another staff member or member period for money to support PWI.

I think everyone thinks this money comes out of thin air or grows on the money tree.

Its insulting to receive a letter from SO-called industry leaders attorneys.

D-Or do you stand your ground by telling him for the millionth time to solve your hatred between the people you have problems with and leave all the good people out?

Do you support a (So Called) Contractor that threatens another Contractors livelihood on a forum?

Personally I think suing someone is silly and cost way too much money........Gang violence, random muggings & assaults happen all the time as you know. The perpetrators are rarely ever caught. Happens around here all the time. Just saying.

I served here for years and asked to be removed from staff here so I would no longer have to deal with controversial or political or any decisions here. Did it long enough and enjoyed most of it. If you want to say I was removed from staff now that's fine if it makes you happy.

If you knew the time I spent on some of these things from some contractors having the same problems with each other as we see today and even distributors having problems with other distributors from yesteryear and today...all the way to the point of inviting another org founder to sit in with a different set of Board of directors(Does anyone remember Wrapi?) you probably would know the answer to this Question Guy and you wouldn't disagree what I'm going to say now.

To answer your question- No I do not Support a so called contractor or any contractor for that matter who threatens another ones livelihood on any forum no matter if it's implied or not. They do that then there on there own if they were ever to get called to the carpet....

John the bottom line is you support guys who peek over fences and threaten others lively hood ..... we at pWI cannot support this behavior

You support guys who say my charities are bogus, the other has photos of me in Gay style pictures. He excuse is that its a joke, nothing is funny about displaying these photos in public or private email. Its classless
 
Ugggg. I think it's admirable you donate to charities and I would never say otherwise. The only photoshop pics of u I ever seen was done here around 2003 and I felt we should take the pic/post out of anyone's view but you said it stays because we don't remove people' post. So that pic stayed here for 3 days until some one came to there senses and removed it from anyone's view.
That was wrong then as it would be wrong now for anyone to do that. The pics you talk about today from what I heard involves kids. I'd be with you first in line to crack this person over the who would ever do this to anyone's kids. Thankfully I never seen this and I feel terrible that u say this happened to you.

And the one who supposedly looked over your fence, resigned and hasn't pretty much been heard from since. You told me that you accepted his apology and you apologies as well. Either way it was wrong even though this person said he didn't do what you said he did. He resigned and left "The building"

Oh one more thing Ron... The guy who went around taking pics of Jokingly looking over other contractors fences did a great job in giving us all some laughs and lessening the stress of all this and it wasn't much later him and I and our family met for Dinner... That's Tony Shelton of course.
 
Everyone, give it a rest. I pulled the original post, and would have pulled it if it had been anyone. You see, I am not one for that type of pot stirring. The difference is, since I was the one involved, I didnt ban John. I will not ban anyone for attacks on me, because I think it is more fair if someone else makes that call.
