Disclaimers

Do any of you put any disclaimers on your estimates and invoices for roof cleaning? I tried doing a search but nothing came up. As I move forward with cleaning roofs I just want to cover my butt in every way possible.

I recommend hiring a local attorney to write a disclaimer for you.
Boilerplate disclaimers will get ripped to shreds if you get in an ugly legal battle. Having one customized for you (including customized to your state) will save you lots of money and headaches down the road.
