Looking at cleaning a munincipal building with a precast band that has severe staining from the copper gutters leeching onto the concrete. Wanted to get the forums ideas on the best way to remove or lighten the stains.

They most likly wont come completely clean. I have had a tremendous amout of success using One Restore by EcoChem. I've teaken a lot of stains out of precast with it. It works on everything else too. If it wasn't so expensive (about 100 5 gal) I'd use it everyday. Apply it with a pump sprayer, you can't dilute it.

I have found that diluting One Store and giving it time to dwell works as well as using full strength. But you gotta price for the time.

How much dilution and dwell are you talking about Doug?

I always start with it 50/50 and add more One Restore as needed. It all depends on the surface/stain for the time. BUt it is usually just a few more minutes versus full strength.
