I'm thinking that the JITB deal was for UAMCC members, therefore the communication on this was put where the members could see it.

Is the transparency that has been talked about supposed to be for all discussions and stuff to be open to everyone or to its members?

I'm just wondering, cause if everything is supposed to be out there for everyone to see, I'm trying to see what the point would be to join...

To me, I could see having to answer to the membership, but not as stringently to those that are not.

If the Main foundation of this organization is to represent all people in the industry ................Doesnt seem to be their mission ..than What the hell are they doing in everyones Elses business.

You CANNOT see the thread if you are not logged in at all. If you log in as a Contractor Member, it is there. Where it started, I don't know. We can see Member areas and I don't know which forums are for BBS members versus Org Members.

Maybe the people that are members are afraid that they will be kicked out so they are playing it safe, they did pay good money to join and it would be a shame to accidentally do one little thing and get kicked out and lose that money.

I would be careful too if it was my money at stake but on the other hand I would have read the boards a lot and got a lot of opinions about them first and then would not have joined the union.

So when I looked it is still there, no black lines or words X'd out, looks like it did when I read it earlier, no "edit" remaks, nothing changed. So it hasn't been removed and no sign of censorship. Celeste and a few other have said it's still up after I did.

So yes Scott, to use your words not mine, looks like some liars around here.
That "liar" word has so much negativity with it though.
