Hey Scott. It was good meeting you in Tampa and even better to hear that you are getting to clean some nice properties. Keep up the great work!!! :thumbup2:

Now thats the way to do it! Nice Job buddy! :clapping:

:wave2::wave2:Thanks alot guys...Palm Coast Condo King :sarcastic:

It was a good week, I had one guy doing the first floor. The 65 Boom lift doing the 2,3,4,5,6 floors.

I was able to pick up a big house while in the Gated Com.
House, Roof and Pool cleaning. It had two cleaned lots on both sides. So I use the 65. (I had extra time left on the rental)

I love pressure washing from lifts.

Had to rent one the other day to work off of. First time. Gonna take some gettin used to. I was a little shaky at first but nothing i couldnt handle. You look right at home up there. :thumbup2:

Lifts are fun to use, I need to get some pictures looking down at the ground next time so people that do not go up high can see what you see.

I use 2gal of 12% and a 2cups of Tough Stuff. Green Apple Dawn. For 5gal,
Where it was bad I use the M-5. which was on one side. Then on the other sides I down streamed.

Tough Stuff is a very stong gutter cleaner, with very little smell.

Nice Photo's

You must be talking about the picture of me.

That was a great view. When we were boom at the very top of the 65 we saw a helicopter go by us at the same height. That was cool.

Ron next lift job I get I want you to be in the picture with me.:slap:

Hey, I like to see a picture of you and Ron way up in that 65 foot boom lift!!! I'll drive down and get in the picture too. :crazy_pilot:

Thanks Scott, the M-5 what is the max ratio it can apply soap?

I think that if you do not have a proportioner in it, then it can draw up to a 2:1 (water to chemical) but that is at the end of the gun and under full pressure.

Thanks Scott, the M-5 what is the max ratio it can apply soap?

I hardly ever go more that 2gal of 12%. on 5gal. With the M-5. I start with a weak 1gal then watch how fast it cleans. I fine tune it on the job.
I perfer to down stream but when needed a extra punch I use the M-5

the ratio depends on how much gpm your pw is. Mine is almost 2:1 with no proportioner

I have use my M-5 to do roof cleaning, but only when called for.

A bit off subject but had to ask....Do you offer the add on service of cleaning the trash shoots? You have the chemical for it!!! Great job, Scott! Lori
