Concrete Cleaning and Gum Removal

Just wanted to share a concrete cleaning and gum removal job we did in Sacramento, CA. Thank you to those who helped with advice on the mixed we used.

What would everyone else use?


Here was our method
5 gal bucket
8oz EBC
3 Gals SH 12%
rest of water

Xjetted and let dwell for 20mins

Omg took us over 2+ just to pop the gum. the rest of the 1,200 sqft. looked the same as this

EBC=Enviro Bio Cleaner-a degreaser
SH=Sodium Hypochlorite-Bleach (Chlorine Bleach)_

Wow that's all it too to remove all that gum ? Would a cold pressure washer @ 3700 psi 20" spinner flush out the rest ? Or would I need to scrub after laying down that solution ?
