Here's some pics of a Dentist's office we did a few weeks ago in Palm Harbor, Florida. Square footage was around 6,500. The walkways were pressure washed with hot water and treated with a mildecide as well.

Nice job Ken, we have been busy here in Brandon lately as well.
We did several non pressure roof cleanings today all on one street in a local Brandon, Florida subdivision.
We parked the truck in between the houses to be done, and simply moved the ladder and our grounds person from house to house.
 
Gotta love it when that happens!
We have several nice quotes out there now that are slowly starting to get scheduled for the next couple of weeks.There is a whole neighborhood non pressure shingle roof cleaning, condo subdivision of building washes and sidewalks,and some other fun stuff.:cool:

I just wrote up a tile roof cleaning I quoted a Lady in Tampa almost a year ago, LOL
