Cold weather cleaning

How do roof cleanings work in cold weather? Is it possible? Say you had a realtor call and request a roof cleaning right away for an open house and the high temp for the next couple days was 35-40F. What would you do?

hot box then at the lowest setting then rinse 500 gallons of water threw it... LOL

Cold Weather whats that .. It is still 80 degrees in MS and its almost Nov.. Heck I even wore shorts to the fair.... And yes I got sick after riding the Mega Drop.... Damn Elephant Ears and Chicken on a stick...

I said the hot box because I use it on the rare occasion it gets cold here (under 50). It's hard to clean the pool cages here when the Chlorine is not warm. I down stream it on warm them Pw off. A hot water unit and a x jet might work.

It slows it down. You use more chem and in those temps it will be a PITA, can it be done sure

The best part of roof washing in the winter is that the run-off will freeze at the downspouts, so all you'll have to do is pick it up and dispose. lol

YOU get that hot water on the windows and see how easy it is to break cold glass with hot water.not saying it cant be done, but it shouldnt be done

The reaction is slower in cold weather, so be sure to increase dwell time too.
I have sprayed myself right out of chemical when cold out, only to return with fresh chemical an hour later and find it cleaned.
