Coffee stains

I've got a coffee shop concrete cleaning job coming up and there are coffee or java mocha or whatever those drinks are, stains on the concrete patio. Just wondering if steam and pressure will take care of them should I use a little ox to lighten up the concrete? The stains have been there for a while and look like they're pretty well in the concrete. Anyone run into these kind of stains? Any ideas would be appreciated, thank you.

A strong housewash mix should remove any coffee stains not taken up by the hot water. I keep a pump up of SH on my truck just for these kind of spot stains.

usually chlorine will take care of soda and coffee stains. put it on straight and it will clean it right up.
