I told you. The Guy is an Arrogant, Conceited twit taht cares not one wit about his Franchisees, as long as they pay his franchise fee and tell him he is great. I guess that is the kind of reinforcement that he needs.
 
He has low self esteem and needs to boast it up anyway he can. Bragging is one way of doing that.

Just picture him of no one ever replied to anything he said, even his "own" guys.
