Recently our neighbours exposed aggregate driveway was acid etched and in the process, spray from the power washer deposited a fine layer of grit and a grey film on our exposed aggregate driveway and one of our cars. Our drivewasy has been sealed(to our knowledge) and the film and grit will not wash off with a regular hose and spray nozzle. One attempt to remove the grit and film has been made using a pressure washer to no avail.
will washing the driveway with muratic acid followed by pressure washing remove the film and grit? Also, does anyone know if this could damage the sealer and necessitate re-sealing the driveway.
