I am about to bid on Power washing a 3 story office building that is mostly just plain unfinished concrete / cement. The Building has some chipping and cracking in it. Some peices look like they might fall off if touched them with anything.

How Do I get around this? What are my best was to reduce my libality if there is an damage?

When I say peices I mean looks like it I touch it a chunk about 7 inces long by about 4 inces wide and maybe 1/2 to an 1 inch deep would come off.

Also this building is in some shady woods and has black and green mold growing on it. any suggestions or tips?

Thank You ALL

Dont bid it as a wash job, bid it as a restoration job.
Get paid to fix it, not worry about breaking it.
Chalking, masonary work, and a lift are part of doing this type of work.
NO INSURANE CO. ACTUALY COVER'S THE SURFACE YOUR CLEANING. You mess it up due to neglagence and it's all you.
If you blow off 10 piece's of sideing with to much pressure. You pay to fix it, not the insurance co.
If a hose break's and slap's 10 piece's of sideing off the house, then they will pay for it.
Insurance is for accident's not mis-use.
Dont believe me? Call your insurance co.

I'm not sure what they're offering currently, but I do have Care, Custody, and Control insurance.

the story was that in 15 year's of selling pressure washing ins. sale's. He never had a claim for the washing surface. So you really did'nt need it.
I could be wrong.

I have never done any repair work on cement, I really just to PWing.
I would have no Idea what I am doing. I guess I could get a sub to do the repairs

Thats absurd...........I've been driving for 13 years and have never had a claim...........does that mean I should drop my auto insurance??

There has to be something else to it...........
