cedar siding

I went to a bid yesterday and the homeowner wants a bid on the cedar siding of just the front facade. the demensions are 42' x 18'. Must be stripped and resealed. Will be using readyseal natural cedar on both the house and the deck.

How much for the house? I have to plug a small hole (the size of an apple) that woodpeckers made. Need the expertise of the "house" pw's for this bid. I will be stripping, nuetralizing and sealing the front of the house. Mild ladder works. Please help

i just did the same type of thing but used penofin
I charged 1/3 more per sq ft then my reg deck price[for the ladder work and covering the windows]
I did OK but would try to get a little more because im not that fast on new types of washing.
