Can you afford $20 to make a kid smile?

Hey guys...

I was sitting here this Christmas morning watching cable TV when a commercial came on about an organization called "OneSmile".

It really touched my heart and I just couldn't shake it out of my head. As many know, I've got a young boy and am a single parent. Like all parents, I'm very protective of him and nothing can fire me up faster in this life than something or someone being mean to him.

I cannot imagine the pain these little kids feel but I can imagine how the parents feel...helpless.

Anyway...I wanted to do something and while money is tight in the off seasons, I thought that maybe some of my friends in the cleaning industry could help. I created a donation page on the OneSmile website for the cleaning industry to help.

I set the goal at a modest $1,000 and if just 50 of us donate $20, we can reach the goal. If you can't give $20, then give what you can. If you can donate more, great. You can use a credit card or PayPal and when you donate, you can use your name, your business name or even donate in behalf of someone else.

Here's the link : Cleaning Contractors for OneSmile

Thanks!

Barry

BTW, I forgot to mention, it only costs $240 for the surgery per child.

Also, I checked the Org out with the BBB and the only bad mark they have is that several family members are involved. As a small business owner, I can understand how multiple family members would be involved in something they are passionate about so I did not hold this against them.
