Looks good DJ... I would be careful about making your business plan public property. How are you planning on using it... is it for you to track your own company progress/success or are you using it to secure capital/investment?

I'm working on updating mine next month to account for the change in business environment and also due to the pools and pressure washing now operating together.

Have a couple questions:

How was this snow removal season?
Snow is the hardest service, unlike grass cutting or washing, you have a very small time frame to have a parking lot/sidewalks cleared & salted. This year Maryland did not get the snow accumulations or saltings I had hoped for.

Strange, I could not get insured with State Farm for your same services although the family have so much insured with them. The pressure washing they could not get the underwriters to put it in, I guess it goes by individual agents

Ins goes by the highest premium - IE out of all you services the most expensive premium is what you will be charges. I am under lawn care

Great to hear that you had a good season, send one or two more storms my way .

As for insurance, they just would not add pressure washing, they would not touch it, to much liability I guess.
