Brick building bid help

Can anyone that has worked a lot with all brick buildings give me a call tomorrow. I have 11+ buildings that I need to price out and I cant find a good start on how to price them. Cleaning them I have down, its just the pricing im having a hard time. Thanks.

What type of mortor was used in the construction? There is a big difference in cleaning clay, limestone and using non etching cleaners.

Give me a call if you have the time. Has my guy called you in NC yet about the MG Krete? Last I heard they were having a baby any moment...
