Black caulk in the hood

Has anybody heard about the new black caulk? I have only ever had white caulk, but I hear the new black caulk expands more and is much stronger. I just don't know how it would look in the hood? If it stays longer than regular white caulk then I might consider switching over, the white caulk I use always seems to slip out of the cracks.

Trey I think I know what you are talking about, I think you will find the black caulk expands way to much and in the end is way to hard. The problem is it starts out fine but once it get in the crack it starts to expand and gets really hard, this forces thing to open up to much ultimately causing more damage than it's worth.

Ill take white caulk any day. I notice here in HOTlanta you get that black caulk in your hood and it just ruins everything. I imagine its the same anywhere it gets real hot.

The white caulk seemed to work ok, and I've only encountered black caulk one time, but never went back to service that hood again. All I ever use now is silver caulk, it seems to go on real well, and they all seem very satisfied with their hoods when its done.

TIP: finish the caulk job off with your finger and a wet towel, it leaves a nice clean finish.

Is my $10 in the mail-I am waiting for it so I came make my downpayment on my Hummer. The Raider Nation

I am hangin on to it till after game time, looks like it could be a good matchup.....the first week both teams lost by 2 touchdowns to mediocre teams.;) It's gonna be tough on Bulger going another season without O. Pace. Maybe we should run a side bet on who's QB gets sack more this season.
