Hey guys got the word for the parking decks at The Unversity of Akron in Ohio. There is four differant lots that need cleaned, degreased, spot cleaned, and traffic areas done, roughly 1.3 million square feet, there is more this just a brief description. I have prior plans, contracts, and other jobs, as much i would love to do this job, since it would be an enormous money maker, I can't let my other customers and contracts down. If you are interested in this job let me know, I will send the 22 page bid form. You need to have your things together on this one, bid is do in by April 20, and there is a few requirements. Good luck bidding, hope I can make someone's month.

I am able to accept that 45 contractors will always have all the leads...... weeks before everyone else.....that being said ....way to go Prestige pressure... great attitude...it shows: you care about your fellow pressure washers and the industry and it shows you support PWI :)

Typically, a lot more contractors get a copy of the bid specifications than ever bid on the job. Of course, with the current environment, you never know what might happen.
