basic housewashing questions

hi everyone, my name is matt, i'm working with a new buisness, in which we bought an exsisting pressure washing buisness, but are trying to learn the processes from scratch. Anyway we want to work at a professional level, and by no means damage any customers homes due to lack of knowlegde. So we,re asking the pros. Our house wash mix is 4parts 12.5% bleach, 1 part cleaners(extra laundery detergent mixed with lavender pinesole)and our injector pulls 1/10 solution/water. So on our test houses(vinyl siding), even with multiple applications, the black mold won't wash off unless we lightly brush it off, the green mold will rinse off. But if we hit the black mold with a 50/50 water/12.5 bleach wash with a seperate pump where the wash is not diluted at all, it will come off. First is this stronger solution possibly damaging to the home, and any suggestions on why our house wash isn't working well enough. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Why didn't you have the people you bought the business from help you? I use 2-4 gallons of sh in a 5 gallon mix.

Lots of variables from one setup to the next.
I would recomend using a good cleaner, and eacochem has some great products.
I know I have trouble when using a downstream injector getting enough chemical draw. I do beleive you can get a high draw injector. Or you can opt out for a xjet, which is what I do.

10-1 thats pretty strong draw rate .I use 1.5 gallons per 5 gallons and draw at 20-1 and have no problems.Get real familiar with your equipment and like the other post said the previous owners should train you since you did buy there business just my thoughts.
