We did about 50k resi mailers last year and will continue next year, but just seeing if some of you commerical guys are using mailers to generate work or even just to warm up leads before stopping in .

Ive thought about this. Postcards are pretty cheap. Seems like a good idea just to put a little bug in their mind in case they have a problem with current vendor or to prepare them for when i come by.

Total over the year about 2:1

Busy times, like fall for resi gutter season, balance the slower summer eddm campaigns.

I mail out trifolds, but have never used an actual mailing piece eddm to commercial buildings. Looking into it for areas that im hitting hard for marketing maintenance plans

A few commercial accounts I send the invoice too a P.O. Box
I've thought about a commercial mailing myself but how many actually get their mail at the location?

I need to look into whats available to us through the EDDM program currently. I think i read that this spring they are going to offer the EDDM service for sending to only commercial accounts. It would be awesome for Dumpster pad and sidewalk cards
