Alabama Red Clay

I've got a couple of newer fast food restaurants that have Alabama red clay stains in the sidewalk. I've pressure washed them a couple times and the spots are not going away. Would outdoor bleach help? Any suggestions to turn this to a pretty "concrete white" color?

Downstream a little muratic acid it will take it off. Do it in small sections and wash that area right away. Do not let it sit on the concrete for more than maybe 30 seconds. As always when you are trying something new always to a test spot to make sure it is working and you understand the process.
