Here are some pictures of a Super Rig we just built for a guy in Georgia. It has Twin MES-3505-OK6G hot or cold water pressure washers. They are 120 v, have adjustable thermostats and hour meters. Fuel water separator filters, Beckett Clean Cut burners, General pumps, 10 gallon fuel tanks and an onboard antifreeze tank. It has our MV23-450 Recovery vac. This vac is industrial sized with a 5M blower that produces 450 cfm. We use a primary and secondary interceptor drum system. The secondary drums have an auto pump out and an engine kill switch. The vac unit has a built in generator to supply power to the auto pump outs in the secondary interceptor drums. If something goe wrong with one of the pumps or the drum circuit overloads then the auto shut offs in the drums kill the power to the vacuum motor. This keeps excessive moisture out of the blower. This unit is also equipped with our Oil Harvester and three step bag filtration. We have mounted two 300' capacity vacuum reels on the front of the trailer. Each reel is equipped with 100' of vacuum hose. On the curbside you will notice our stacked Coxreels. They have had the swivels changed to all stainless steel with ceramic inserts. This is a must and something we have been doing since 2005. Each of these reels is equipped with 100' of 2 wire 5800psi american made high pressure hose. This unit also comes with two adjustable pressure wands and a spare parts kit. I am probably missing something but I will have a video up in a couple of days. Oh one more thing I want you guys to guess at the price. How much do you think something like this is worth. No one will be held to their guess. Oh I hope some of the wiseguys don't make me sorry.

I would say about $20,000 to $22,000 depending on all the small stuff we cant see.

Tom nice setup again. Couple questions.

What is the length including tongue?

What is the height?

Size of water tank?

How many gallons is the Oil Harvester?

Is that the blower we have seen in other similar systems Hot & Mighty has put out or is it bigger? Whats the model and Rpm?

That silencer looks bigger than others you have used.

Your recycle system without an oil harvester would get what % more dirt in the first bag filter for lets say a typical drive thru cleaning done every 8 weeks than one with a oil harvester? Or how much faster would bag filter # 1 clog.

Can the vacuum handle 2 of 8gpm with 30" vac surface cleaners at 300ft each? If not what will be needed for such to move at the same speed or faster, with respect to vacuum.

$23,874.98 How come the pre filter drums are on the ground? I noticed that on some of your other units. Why aren't they on the trailer?

I'll go with $42,500.00

What is the length including tongue? a tad under 19' and the deck is 6' w

What is the height? 74"

Size of water tank? 300 gallon

How many gallons is the Oil Harvester? 65 gallon

Is that the blower we have seen in other similar systems Hot & Mighty has put out or is it bigger? Whats the model and Rpm? 5 M blower 450cfm 16" hg

That silencer looks bigger than others you have used. This needed to be ultra quiet.

Your recycle system without an oil harvester would get what % more dirt in the first bag filter for lets say a typical drive thru cleaning done every 8 weeks than one with a oil harvester? Or how much faster would bag filter # 1 clog. It depends on how much oil is on the surface. Most of the dirt gets filtered out in the interceptor drums. The oil will plug up the bags and slow down your filtration rate.

Can the vacuum handle 2 of 8gpm with 30" vac surface cleaners at 300ft each? If not what will be needed for such to move at the same speed or faster, with respect to vacuum.

I would recommend 600 cfm at 16" hg. Remember any bigger than 600 cfm for two 2" hoses and you are wasting your money.

Those drums are on the ground because 1 you can see them and two when in use its best to leave them on the ground as they will fill with dirt, rocks and sand. Suck the water off the top and leave the dirt onsite. They get heavy from the wet dirt. So I leave them on the ground. They go on the trailer for transport. you could leave them on the trailer if you like it is a matter of preference. By the way guys two pressure washers, vacuum recovery and recycling with an oil water separator and three 230 square foot bag filters with auto bleeder valves mounted on a tube frame tandem axle trailer 5200lbs per axle. I wish the price was in the twentys.

Is this like the Price Is Right, closest to the price wins the rig? If not who cares !!

OK...1 More guess. $ 26,480.95

Ding Ding Ding Ding,,,,Johnny tell him what he's won.....Well Bob...:meeting:
