3500 max towing? is it possible. newbie here

I have a trailer with a 200 gallon tank that I tow with my jeep. There is not a ton on it. A Machine, A water tank, and two big electric hose reels. It works for me and hits the weight limit.
I don't do residential stuff, and I also like to be able to start with a full tank of water. So, I am always towing it full of water. Thats just me, though.
