hello, i have a brand new rapid reel 3/4 garden hose reel. to start the company doesnt make this reel anymore and it is very sturdy and rugged.. it is designed to hold 225 ft of 5/8 hose . there was much customization done to this reel. it was taken apart, media blasted, put into a tank for phosphate coating and then nylon coated... this coating is much stronger and much more expensive than powder coating. this is the same coating used in the medical field.. this whole process cost me $285.00 thats WITHOUT the price of the hose reel which was $230.00.. all the hardware was removed and replaced with stainless steel bolts... i highty doubt you will see another reel done like this .... i am a firm believer in overkill and thats what this was ...i will try to post some pics tonight or tomm... my price is $275.00 you can also contact me at 917 295 0620 ... ps i also have some motorized summit hose reels for sale as well as a hydrotek hose reel , and some other custom items.... thanks
