22mm swap

Hey Russ,

I found out I had a cracked plunger today on my ts2021. I had to get it running and all I had sitting around was some 22mm plungers and packings. I changed the oil and ran it a few minutes to make sure it was going to work. It seems to be a lot more powerful. Do you have any idea what kind of gpm i should be getting now and if I need to up the tip size? I normally run a 6.5 for what I wash.

Not a clue. I looked through GP spec sheets, but all the 22mm pumps have a 12 mm stroke, where the TS2021 has a 16 mm stroke. The only suggestion I have is a bucket test. You probably will have to change tips to keep from overloading the engine.
