Stafford, TX is a great place to live and raise a family. The houses are mostly on the older side considering the age of the Houston area on a whole and you will run into a lot of cleaning projects where low pressure is an absolute necessity because there is likely siding damage, weak mortar, and old wood. The good news is that the concrete is all older and very hard so you can use pretty much all the pressure you want or need to when cleaning driveways and parking lots.
We recently did a bid to clean the Stafford building which is a center for performing arts. The wall was cinder blocks and had quite a bit of mildew on them. In the end we didn't get the project but it is always good to make new connections when you can!
