I gotta say something here. I was not happy with Marlin. They sent both the distributor and myself on a wild goose chase. They even wanted me to execute the contract - saying I had received the equipment - before I had even picked it up! I also saw that they have a D- BBB rating.

Needless to say I went another direction. To top it off, when the guy called to see why I had not faxed that contract back to him and I told him I went with another company he was less than professional.

I heard you still got the machine, can you tell us who else you used?
 
That's the place I use. Excellent people to deal with, and no hoops to jump through.

Yep. That's Charles Byrd. He's the one who wanted me to sign the contracts too early and then was less then professional when I told him I was going another direction.
 
Micha, I went to Water Canon and looked at their lease calculator, you had to put your name and phone number in to use it, I did and got the info I wanted, the next thing I know Charles Byrd was all over me. Finally I called Water Cannon and told them I would never buy from them ever if it persist.

FYI I was not going to buy from them anyway but all I wanted to use was the "FREE" lease calculator, did not know Charles Byrd was going to come free with the service, I explained to him that I was looking at the figures because I had the oppertunity to bid on some recurring services that would need equipment on site on a permenant basis and that if I needed him I would be in touch and that I was only in the bidding stages, he called back in 2 hours to check and then everyday several times a day for weeks.
 
How many here think that Ron should start his own leaseing agency? He could call it "Mu$grave$ Money Machine"... Approved,,,Approved,,,Approved,,,Approved! :clapping:

I ordered a pump a few tips 200' hose from water cannon....few weeks later everything but the pump comes in (out of stock) then tell me they no longer carry them. And to think I spoke with them just the day prior and was told everything is on the way.........what a joke..:blink:
