Hmmmm! I'm kinda liking that thing. I can see where it would come in real handy for lot of applications as long as it could stand up to the abuse.
 
They have a few videos on Youtube.

You can buy the pivot by itself from Russ at Southside Equipment. He says that you can adjust the angle and it will hold that angle under pressure.

I think that this is a good idea, just not sure how it would hold up under commercial use.

I think it would be best for wood restoration, fleet washing and coil cleaning.
