Roof Cleaning Instructor
Went down to do a bid on a church, showed the many Church's we have done, closed the Pastor right on the spot.
He asked me to "leave him a bid" :rolleyes:
Yeah, RIGHT.
I said" Pastor, I am here to DO business"
I have a signed work order to start anytime next week.
Bringing TWO trucks, whip it out in a day.
It is a straight up and down roof on part of it.
We will stand on the flat part, and shoot it.
The height is going to be near the limit of our STANDARD spray tip.
But you KNOW the Apple Man ?
I have several "tricks" up my sleeve to hit the peak of that roof, IF need be ?
Of course, there will be pictures :D
I got rained out on the big tile roof we had for today, no big deal,, Monday for him.
 
If you need a little extra distance for the peaks, you could always borrow someones bandit. ;)

Good for you, the churches I've dealt with have been a real pain.

Seriously, call me sometime, and I will share some really effective closing strategies ?
 
Tell me how you going to shoot those big tall steeples????
I cleaned the steeple for a church last week and it was a bear to get to with my xjet on full blast and me standing on the roof at the base of the steeple.
 
No steeples on this church :)
I will ppost pics this week, not as bad as it sounds.

Besides, we have 15 GPM pumps.

It takes pressure and FLOW to shoot.

When you have 15 GPM right in the line, as opposed to a downstream situation, you be suprised how far it can shoot.

Thanks Larry, had to take this job for a LITTLE less then I wanted to.
A freaking pressure washer hack WANTED to pressure wash it :eek:
Long Story, tell you on the phone.
Church hurting a bit for money, you know how that goes ?
I had a choice, match the pressure washers bid, and close it on the spot, OR, go before the church board in a couple of weeks to put on a sales pitch.

At Apple Roof Cleaning, we run a "west coast offense".
In other words WE TAKE WHAT IS THERE

We will make 1800.00 in half a day gross :)

PLUS, I get PICTURES of a challenging commercial roof :)

Kevin, my roof guy, is 26.
Jeffrey from Palmetto is 28.
I was just showing Jeffrey "what to expect" when he comes down to Tampa :)

I was HOPING the Florida Roundtable was gonna be in Tampa, and it will be, next year!
I was gonna schedule my group to have an after hours party that the single Pressure Washers could attend.
Well, the married ones too :D
Just leave the wifes at home :confused:

I get a LOT of work out of my group, besides the other "benefits"

I love boiled peanuts with plenty of salt, snap peas, cream 40's, sweet corn, fried okra, stewed squash, on and on.
This year will be a bumper crop of peanuts. We've gotten rain at least twice a week and the peanuts will be great. In September, anytime you go out side you smell fresh plowed peanuts.
You obviously know something about it.
Yum, now I'm hungry.
