Yellow Stains on new concrete

We were called by a moving company to remove several oil spots on a fairly new driveway, I think less than 6 months old. We used a combination of New Again's Super Degreaser and Drive Thru Pad Cleaner. We used these full strength and they took up a lot of oil but the lady is complaining about yellow stains on the driveway that are clearly from the chemicals, it looks like runoff. It's been about a month and a half since we first went out there, any ideas on what is is and how to fix it?
 
Rehydrate

Sounds like soap left behind. Add water and let the product rehydrate. Then rinse. You may have to add a very small amount of the same product to kinda re -activate it. Wash very thoroughly this time. Hopefully it is not a chem burn from the sodium hydroxide thats in the New again.
 
Hopefully, we used the stuff full strength which we had done before with no problems, that I know of anyway. Let it sit for maybe 5 minutes then rinsed. I hope its not permanent. The lady was pissed at first because of the oil. Talking about suing the moving company, now she seems to have an issue with the stains instead.
 
In the future, make the customer sign a release of liability form, to avoid making someone else's problem your own.
