He's back in the saddle again. It didn't take long. I thought he wasn't allowed to deal with franchises again since he ripped alot of people off. At least thats the impression I got when I read the court results on his false advertising to entice potential franchise owners to his madness.
I never seen any of his franchised yellow trucks in my neck of the woods. I guess its just a matter of time with him. Hopefully anyone who gets involved in this will thoroughly do there homework or they will get burned!!!!!!!
Isaw three that are mine, two that I am sure that he does not do, a couple that are the same company under different names, and a bunch that are places where he has washed one employees car one time and claims them as customers. There are even a coupel that he has a cease and desist order to take their names off of the list. What is really interesting is that here is only one that is listed as a fleet job, and I know that franchisee is out of business.
All I've gotta say is I'M GLAD HE'S OUT OF MY COUNTY!!!! I had some run ins with that dude and for some reason he stopped trying to infringe on what I do. When he was told by the city to immediately stop letting his runoff go into the drains he ran for City Council (wish I could remember the platform, it was really funny), and when the press started dragging the skeletons out of his closet and printing them that was the end of him......I specifically remember one quote from him during a newspaper interview where he told a reporter that he made over $600,000 pre year washing CARS!!!! In less than a month there were kids in mini-trucks with water blasters, 100 gallon water tanks and vacume cleaners on every other corner around here...lolol They're gone too.
He lists 2 accounts in his bio where I have been the truck washer for 20 and 24 years respectively LMAOOOOOOOOO. The boy's a piece of work.
