I use a magellan Maestro 5800. It doesnt have all the fancy traffic alerts, but it is priced well, and it work really fast. No bogging down. About $200.

Best GPS EVER!!!!

ITS PORTABLE, SOLAR POWERED (NEVER NEED BATERIES),
LIGHT WEIGHT AND SMALL ENOUGH TO PUT IN BACK POCKET ENDABLE SO IT WONT BREAK....

Do you have to pay extra to use that feature?? I was real excited to have that when I got my Curve (at&t), but later found it was going to cost like $10 or $30 a month for the service. After paying for all the other multi-media stuff, just didn't want the extra bill.

So are u able to use gps as part of your plan??

I have a TomTom. Right now you can get the basic model which I have for 99.00 and they work great. Circuit City, Best Buy and Walmart just to name a few have them. Go out tomorrow and get one. I paid 139.00 6 months ago on sale.

Shop Costco, garmin and the other poular brand.

I like the new ones, I have a mio also. When out on the road these are great. you can find anything...

I wish i had Gps in lake of the Ozarks. I would have seen more of them. I got lost years ago and spent two days on the lake with and paddle. LOL

I want to go back with my GPS now.

I have the Blackberry Curve 8320 I think, it has built in GPS.

I pay $15 / month extra for the Blackberry Data Plan, that gives me unlimited Text Messages, Unlimited E-Mail, Unlimited Internet, and Free GPS.

Can't really complain 1 bit about the price for what you get, especially since one time my bill messed up, and they actually had charged me $247 for all the services I had used ... of course they fixed it. So basically I rather pay $15 / month then $250 / month for all the times I use it.

I'm with T-Mobile by the way (former SunCom)

We have the Brother 7820N. Fax, scanner, copier, printer. It is B&W. Use it for all printing unless we need color, then we use a Epson color photo printer. The B&W cartridges are inexpensive. We have had it for 1 year with no problems.

I have a lowrance model that work on the boat and in the truck.Pep Boys I don't know if you have them up there has a door buster sale today and they have GPS units for 69 bucks today.

I would have to say that for a guy that didn't get lost a lot anyway it makes finding houses for bids a snap and you can also do your mileages before you leave because if calculates it for you.

The cell phone gps units are good as long as you don't get out in the boondocks.

I paid $170.00 for mine at boatersworld and for $100.00 more they download the entire coastal United States on the thing so when I'm in the boat all the charts are on it.

Garmin Rino 530 around here. Tom Tom etc.. is not too helpful. We area little underdeveloped as of yet so there are a lot of roads not even on maps.
