WOW This roof is bad!

I was out at a park in Waynesboro Pa today with my daughters and noticed this roof. I had to take a picture and show you all! Has anyone ever cleaned a wooden roof like this, and how?

That is one BAD roof.
Gonna need some pressure for that.
Doubt it will clean in one chemical application either :(
MY advice ?
Unless they want to PAY real good for the WEEK you will be there ... RUN away.

Jeff - forgot to add you must first KILL the Lichens and give em time to die.
Use Copper Sulfate to kill em - wait a week - spray agin - wait another week - use Sodium Hydroxide based cleaner - spray roof - wait 45 minutes - pressure wash off - repeat chemical process and pressure process until clean :(
 
Hey Jeff, head over to UAMCC, and talk to Florin Nutu. He does alot of these and has a system down pretty good.
 
Hey Guys Im not back into cleaning roofs again. Just wanted to post this picture for you all. I still seem to look at roofs all the time.... I'll get back into cleaning maybe next spring.... still trying to get racheal up here with me. The job market sucks lately, and we have been trying to get her a job for over 5 months now here in the PA MD area. I like to pop into the boards and say hey every now and then... best of luck to you all. I'll be around
