WOW that Was Fast, Post Card Call in 1 day

Yesterday I sent out Post Cards and 9 am today I got a Call, the company they used sold there Sweeper and they want washing Too, so tomorrow I have to call the Head Man to setup a time to go out and Bid on this Lot. Things are getting Crazy around here now. One Less competitor to Deal With I guess.
 
I only sent out about 20 to Pm's that I know run properties I want to get work from. I was Shocked that it came this fast, I just sent them out at 2 pm yesterday and got a call at 9 AM next day.
