I hate to say it about this company, but in my opinion Webfirstcreations has the worst customer service I have encountered in my entire life.I know they do good work and get awesome reasults, but where is the customer service? I had a hard time with mike, but I am having a worse time with Shane.
I purchased a Joomla template through them a bit back and have been waiting because Shane told me he would get it set up with my domain name and have it all set up so i can build my site. I plan on having him do all the coding for my photos and SEO for each page, but how long would that take?
2 people I got to go with them spent alot of money with them and both of them said the only complaint they had was trying to get in contact with them was almost impossible.
This is really my only complaint,so does anyone have a magic number I can call or Do I need the bat phone to get a hold of him directly?
