Wiring a Wayne Burner

I've got a waybe burner im trying to wire up. ive got a generic wiring diagram im going off of but can someone tell me where I wire the thermostat in at?

The "Temp" is the thermostat. I wouldn't run the ignitor and the solenoid with the flow / pressure switch and thermostat without a relay. With a relay, you could set it to shut the whole burner off when the gun is closed, like your HydroTek.
