got stuffed for almost $38,000 on a regional contract 3 years ago, we did some sub work and the contractor stuck everyone, I drove to his home and the only thing home was an echo!

We did sidewalks buildings all over the area (120 mile radius), along with us was hvac guys, electricians ect and we are still trying to get our money out of Winn Dixie, they are responsible as well as the general contractor but have been unwilling to pay as of yet.

This is quite disturbing, because I am hiring additional crew for this account. Until I get 2 guys trained I am doing 22 hours work shifts... If all this stress is for nothing, I will be pissed...
 
They all went belly-up over here (NC) Not sure if I'd bite on this one :(

We are biting already for 5 days now :).. Its almost the end of the month, will see if they pay their first bill on time. We took tremendous amount of trash from those properties. Last local sweeping subcontractor went out of biz and did not sweep the properties for more than a month.

I've heard WD filed bankruptcy 6 years ago, but somebody bought them out. Not sure on that info.
