GARELICK POLE 4 SECTION 24ft ETTORE REACH POLE 3 SECTION 24 ft Could you show how these extends out. I had a 30ft unger and wrapped it around my trailer a couple of times because I couldn't get it to close down. One day maybe wooster will make a 24-30 ft pole, the snap locks and octagon shape of it is the only way to go IMO.....I use mine for gutter cleaning

the garelick poles are not the best poles for gutter cleaning, they really are good for windows cause they are light and its quick to adjust the height.
plus the 24ft is 4 sections that's a big plus when you have to change the squeegee a lot

They twist lock internally there is a inside cam and with a 1/4 turn it locks
however one disadvantage is when you place some force and torque they can come unlocked when you are working. and also if they get a dent on the pole the sections get jammed since the tolerance between the walls is quite small

i don't personally like the unger 30 ft teleplus pole cause it does not seem to lock tight and you have to turn the clamp a lot.. its slow .. but its the only pole up to 30 ft
now the unger optilock poles up to 24 ft are very good and last a long time

now back to gutter cleaning have you tried the gutter spoon that goes on the end of the poles
