Willing to Learn in East Tennessee

Hi to all. Working on starting a PW business in the future (next year) and I am trying to learn all I can now and slowly build the structure for my business. I am looking to buy some basic equipment and I have some places lined up to practice my skills. I am mostly interested in commercial work and flatwork.

Any and all help and advice is appreciated.
