Willing manager, but not decision maker

I am dealing with a mgr right now. She is a gm but manages a store with about a dozen location in our cleaning area. They are all doing the washing themselves, and monthly. She liked my proposal and was excited about it.

Only problem is she isnt the decision maker. I stopped by today and she told me she hopes they say yes because she doesnt like doing it.

Is there anything I can do here?

have you done a demo? Adds a tangible to the numbers you are presenting. If she is excited about the proposal, she will likely let you do the demo and then there is something to show the decision maker.

Ask her how long it takes them to do it themselves to get an idea of wasted labor hours, equipment and chemicals used... this info will give you something to sell how your process and expertise will benefit their bottom line.

Ask if and when the decision maker will be in town/on property, then 'coincidentally' do the demo the night before.
