Well guys.. i have to say first off... i have been stalking this site undetected now for several weeks-months, and i cant tell you how much i have learned from you all.

My name is Dave, and i have been pressure cleaning on the side since 2002. Started out with a $300 Excell 2750 psi rig that i would walk from my parents house to neighbors houses and do jobs. Over the years I have grown, and at one point about 3-4 years ago got ahead of my self with good intentions, however very wrong priorities and if i said i had a poor business plan, i would be lying... because i didnt have one to begin with..

Long story short, i went full steam ahead and got the cart before the horse.. that landed me nowhere except over my head in debt.

Now, i am a full-time Firefighter with the City of Kissimmee (local 4208) which for you out of towner's is spitting distance of Disney World. About 3 months I borrowed some equipment, and picked up a simple drive way and side walk job and sparked the flame again. But this time, I have gotten business like crazy with minimal effort. Mostly word of mouth, facebook, and a few hours of flyering.

As much as i love flatwork, unfortunately it is just not regular enough to depend on, so with some connections, i have started learning how to get into KEC. (it took me about 3 weeks to figure out what KEC even stood for) lol. So just to get a quick idea, i am looking to you guys for some knowledge and hoping you all can continue to guide me in the right direction!

i have many questions regarding KEC, and also some fine tuning with a rig I am planning to build. I look forward to getting to know some of you. This forum has what appears to be a great "brotherhood" of guys all with good intentions and i can't wait to become a part of it. I will probably be quite active on this page..

so again, THANK YOU.
